   Roasting marshmallows involves stringing the fluffy marshmallows on a stick or skewer and placing them over an open flame, usually from a campfire or bonfire. As the marshmallows heat, their outer layers begin to brown and caramelize, creating a crispy of the marshmallow while  toasting the marshmallow. The inside became warm and gooey. Unfortunately, being the first time I tried roasting a marshmallow, I burnt the marshmallow and couldn't taste it.

Roast chicken rice features succulent pieces of tender chicken, typically  seasoned with herbs and spices, roasted to perfection. Fried chicken rice consists of crispy, golden-brown pieces of chicken that have been coated in a seasoned batter and  deep-fried until crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside. These delectable chicken pieces are served alongside steaming hot rice, often accompanied by a variety soy sauce, or mayonnaise-based dressings.

  I have a preference for fried eggs. I remember when I was in school, my dad made me a special breakfast once, which was spaghetti with meat sauce topped with a fried egg. The egg was cooked perfectly, with a runny yolk and no hint of browning. I thought it was simply perfect. So after finishing my college entrance exam, I decided to learn how to make a perfect fried egg.
