When it comes to food, my favorite food is steak, and I love all kinds of steaks, such as filet steak, sirloin steak, rib-eye steak, and beef brain. But none of these can compare to my beloved. My favorite is the beef tartar. Every time I see beef tartar on the menu, my eyes light up, the texture is silky and delicate, and different beef has different flavors, and each tartar is a new surprise. Beef tartar, also known as beef tartare, is actually a raw meat dish, which is whole raw. The dish first appeared in an 1875 novel by the French novelist Jules Verne, named after Jules Verne in the one-star restaurant on the second floor of the Eiffel Tower, and one of the restaurant's most famous dishes is this carpaccio tartare. If only the menu is made of tartar, 99.99% of it is made with raw beef. As shown in the photo, in addition to the raw (ground) meat of the main character, there is usually a raw egg, chopped onions, coriander, capers, and some salt. If it's more advanced, the...

My favorite dish is tomato stewed beef brisket, which is a classic Chinese dish. Beef brisket is rich in protein and nutrients, while tomatoes are rich in vitamin C and lycopene, creating a balanced and nutritious combination. The sour and sweet taste of tomatoes blends with the aroma of beef brisket, creating a unique taste and making it a unique and flavorful dish.   The following is the recipe for stewing beef brisket with tomatoes: 1. Cut the beef brisket into pieces, blanch it with boiling water, remove the blood and water, and set aside for later use. 2. Put oil in the pot, heat it up, and then add chopped ginger and garlic until fragrant. 3. Add onions and tomato chunks and stir fry until soft. 4. Add beef brisket chunks and stir fry until color changes. 5. Add an appropriate amount of cooking wine, light soy sauce, salt, sugar, soy sauce, cooking wine, and tomato sauce, and simmer until the beef brisket becomes soft, tender, and flavorful. 6. During the stewing proce...

G ourmet food          Roasting marshmallows involves stringing the fluffy marshmallows on a stick or skewer and placing them over an open flame, usually from a campfire or bonfire. As the marshmallows heat, their outer layers begin to brown and caramelize, creating a crispy of the marshmallow while   toasting the marshmallow. The inside became warm and gooey. Unfortunately, being the first time I tried roasting a marshmallow, I burnt the marshmallow and couldn't taste it.   There is a video of roasting marshmallows at that time : Roast chicken rice features succulent pieces of tender chicken, typically   seasoned with herbs and spices, roasted to perfection. Fried chicken rice consists of crispy, golden-brown pieces of chicken that have been coated in a seasoned batter and   deep-fried until crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside. These delectable chicken pieces are served alongside steaming hot rice, often accompanied by a va...

I have a preference for fried eggs. I remember when I was in school, my dad made me a special breakfast once, which was spaghetti with meat sauce topped with a fried egg. The egg was cooked perfectly, with a runny yolk and no hint of browning. I thought it was simply perfect. So after finishing my college entrance exam, I decided to learn how to make a perfect fried egg. So I watched this video.   It seemed straightforward, and after watching the video, I felt terrifyingly strong in my abilities. With my determined mindset, I decided to make a perfect, almost cartoon-like fried egg. So I started by taking out the electric griddle and spraying a bit of oil with an oil sprayer. Then I turned on the power. This step was to heat up the oil. Once it reached the right temperature, I turned off the power. Taking advantage of the residual heat, I cracked an egg onto the griddle. The egg instantly set without any browning. To ensure my egg was perfect, I kept repeating the process of...
